Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
• To cancel, email us at support@wonderandwellness.com with your order details.

After Shipment

• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may follow the return process if necessary.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
• We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
